I would like to know from where I can download DXL Toolkit. My development platform is Windows XP. I am using Lotus Notes C API. I would like to integrate the DXL Toolkit with C API so that extracting the document can be done using DXL.

If you are using the Notes C API 6 or 7, DXL is built in. Look at the DXL*() and XSLT*() functions in the C API Reference database that comes with the toolkit.
