I am in the process of testing DWA 8.0.2 on my server. Certain users are unable to navigate to their folders as the folders do not even show up under ‘My Mail’ in the left hand pane.
Additionally, some of the said users with problems also cannot load the ‘lite’ version of DWA.
All of the said users have a mail8 template.

Just out of curiosity, have you upgraded your servers to 8.0.2, or just the mail templates? If the servers have been upgraded, see if you can get a new copy of forms8.nsf in the iNotes folder and replace the production one.

Have the mail files been upgraded from ODS 43 to 48? I’m not sure if that will resolve the issue, but it’s something worth trying if it hasn’t been done already.
