DWA stops responding

I have had complaints from users that DWA will stop responding and users have to kill IE6 using the task manager or reboot their computer. Any suggestion as to what to look at?

Would need more details on what they are doing exactly when it stops responding…

Are they opening a memo? Are they sendingone? Are they accessing preferences? Are they using DOLS?

seems when users open new windows that DWA stops responding, email or calendar. I have seen IE completely close as well.
