DWA Sametime applet failed to load

Hi

I managed to get the DWA option for Enabling Instant messaging. However, I’m unable to login, and it kept giving “X IM Failed” error.

At the status bar, I saw “Sametime applet failed to load”. How do I enable login between DWA and Sametime?

LTPA token is enabled for DWA already.

Subject: Some things to check

Make sure both DWA and Sametime servers use the same LTPA configuration.
On the DWA server, check the hostInfo.js file and make sure that the HTTP_TUNNELING_PORT is set to the correct port. This file is located in: /domino/html/sametime/stlinks

Thanks for response.

I’ve enabled LTPA for both DWA and Sametime server.

The hostinfo.js showed HTTP tunnelling port to be 8082 (default, I believe).

Sametime still cannot log in from DWA.

Pls help.

Subject: Java enabled in browser ?

Maybe it is just too obvious: - make sure that Java is enabled in your browser.
