Is there a way to remove the prompt as if the user click “yes”, the IE will close but the session will continue to be valid which is somehow a security loophole.

Even if the user allows the window to be closed- if there are other IE (or firefox) windows or tabs open, the session is not closed- security is all about database ACL’s after that first login.
