DWA - DST time problem

I ran all the agents w/ version 4.0.2.7 on Tuesday, everything went very well on all the mail files.

Today I just so happened to look at my email in the DWA client.

Here is what I found.

  1. If you look at the VIEW of the email it shows the correct time it was sent (for instance) 11:30am.

  2. When you OPEN the same email, the time inside the email shows GMT and is 6 hours off and shows 5:30pm.

Is there a agent update or fix that I overlooked?

Close your web browser.Change your PC’s clock to a different time zone.

Then change it back to your proper time zone.

Startup your web browser, and try DWA again.

There are additional steps you have to take if you use DWA. For example, have you done the Forms7 hotfix?

Make sure in your preferences in DWA the time zone is set to local time or your specific time zone. It appears that you are displaying GMT instead of your local time zone.

I didn’t run the forms7 update, but in DWA, I am having it use the timezone from the OS.
