DWA Best Practices

Hello. I am currently setting up DWA on an 8.0.2 server. It is the first time this company will have DWA. I am ofcourse using SSL. My question mainly concerns securing the access of the databases, etc.

Is there perhaps a document that may outline this? I could not locate one. Thank you
