I’m stumped and hope someone can help or point me in the right direction. Does the open other mail or open other calendar feature work in DWA for regular users? I have some shortcuts setup to access other mailboxes and calendars. They work for me in DWA.
It doesn’t work for regular users. I’ve given users manager access on their own mailbox and the mailbox they want to access but it won’t open using the “other mail” shortcuts in DWA. They have the same browser and template as I do.
I have logged in as the users and tested this myself. It doesn’t work. Though it does work from their full Notes client.
I decided to add a user into our Notes Admins group, which I am in, and then the user was able to use the feature. I looked at our server config pages but don’t see the connection between membership in that group and this feature in DWA. Obviously, I can’t make regular users server admins.
Any thoughts?
