I am hoping someone else encountered this or can shed some light on what might be the problem. I recently upgraded a customer’s environment to 8.5.1. They are experiencing a weird problem in DWA. If a user selects a contact from the company address book (Name\O) appears in the sendto fields and everything works fine… In their “Contacts” they may have an internal user also with a proper internet address. When they select a recipient from their own contacts the internet address appears in the sendto fields. Nothing wrong so far… but when they press send the message just hangs… you can see in the browser that it is just constantly reloading something.
They can use DWA to send to the outside world… this problem only occurs when an internal email address is used. Does not really matter if it is selected from an address book or not.
Seems to be getting hung up on the internal domain recipients.
Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
