DWA access denied

Hello everyone,

I’m fairly new to Domino administration, having come from an Exchange background. Please pardon my ignorance.

We are having a problem with DWA. When anyone tries to load their mailfile, they get either a “The connection was interrupted” message when using Firefox, or “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” when using IE.

This happens from all our client PCs, and also when trying to run it from the domino server itself via: http://localhost/mail/foo.nsf

Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

Hi Robin,

I don’t know whereto start from.

The first question, is regarding your server tasks. There is an HTTP task running?

If you try to open something else it’s working? Try to open just you server name as:

http://server.domain.com/

Post the results so we can try to help.
