DWA 7 in a mixed 6/7 environment

HI,

We have the following servers:

  1. R7 server with http

2.R6 server with http

Almost all users on Server 1 are migrated to DWA 7 but some users also have a replica of their mailfile on Server 2. Is dwa 7 backwards compatible with a R6 server? If I replicate dwa 7 mailfiles to my R6.5.5 http server, will this cause problems?

I have the same environment and have the DWA7 template replicated to the R6 server. Some R6 users have the DWA7 template installed and till now haven’t I seen any problems.

I love you German guys… I always get responses from U to my more complex questions. I will give it a try I think.

If there are other users who have the same environment I would like to hear their experiences and also I would appreciate an official answer of IBM/Lotus very much!
