Duplicated entry on CC and To when Reply To All

In Notes 6.5.1 when “Reply To All” or “Reply to All with History” to an external email address, the recipient’s email address appears in “CC” field. Is there a fix to this problem? I know that this problem also existed in previous R5 versions
