Any plans to fix this?

HTTP Web Server: Application Exception - Duplicate Subform found. A given subform cannot be used on the same form more than one time."

I generally place buttons in a form to top and bottom and have always done this by one subform two times on the form (the second one as computed). As far as I know this has worked in all previous releases.
