Duplicate PUBLIC name ACLMANAGER in USE module ACLManagement

Hello,

I have a user with 2 INBOXes, when she tries and go to TOOL-Preferences, the above message popup:

Duplicate PUBLIC name ACLMANAGER in USE module ACLManagement.

Has any one seen this error before and was able to resolve?

Don’t know what the real problem was, but I:1) Deleted cache.ndk (did not work)

  1. recertified the ID file (nothing)

  2. reregistered her in the corp address book (still nothing)

  3. finally I uninstalled the client, wiped out the Lotus directory and did a completely fresh install and it worked, so it was obviously something wrong with the client.

I had the same error message. I was able to fix the problem by replacing the design to mail(R6) then back to mail (6.5.1).

I had an issue escalated to me where the solution that I discovered was to rename bookmarks.nsf and restart the Notes Client.

I had exactly the same problem too. I made sure that the user name had no duplicates in the NAB, then I renamed bookmarks.nsf and restarted the Notes Client which stopped the problem.
