When adding a recipient to a mail we type the surname and the type ahead feature adds the forename and we press enter. On names that have had the OU changed I get the same person twice ie Dave Cowgill/Swinton/GB/Enersys and Dave Cowgill/Zurich/CH/Enersys but only one exists in the NAB and I have no contacts in my local NAB. Any ideas?
Subject: Duplicate name on type ahead
Do you have Directory Assistence or Directory Catalogs configured in your domain? Perhaps one / all of theese catalogs are outdated due to some configuration error?
