Duplicate name found when trying to recertify server

Im getting the error message duplicate name found when trying to recertify a domino 8.5 server. I can see no duplicates in names.nsf

I upgraded from 7.02 and also got the message : Admin Process: Received the following error performing a Place Server’s Notes Build Number into Server Record request on ******** (Path: names.nsf): You are not authorized to perform that operation

The server has full mnanager access with all roles to names.nsf

Any help would be greatly be appreciated.

Subject: Administration Server

Try Change Administration Server,

  1. Open Names.NSF

  2. Open Access COntrol List

  3. Click Tab Advance

  4. Change To Server

The Problem : Adminp cannot access server dokumen, try to delete full text index and run load updall names.nsf -r

I encountered the same problem, and found a solution on the Domino 4/5 forum:

“At last i took the public key from the user’s ID and replaced the public key in the persons doc with this key AND… No duplicate any more.”
