Duplicate mails

Hi friends ,

I have two users who receive duplicate mails again and again ,the mails coming again and again was send by one external user to this two users , they are receiving the same mail 5 or 6 times and this are the same mails ,

I have tried disable mcffee , but still the same problem any idea.

Subject: duplicate mails

If you have a look at your log files can you see your mail servers receiving the duplicate mails? I’ve had this before and the culprit was our smtp/content scanning servers.
