In prior releases of Domino (at least 6.5), you would get an error if a web form tried to load and there were more than one field with the same name. The duplicate field field could have been in a computed subform. However, in 8.5.1 apparently you can load a form over http with two fields that have the same name. One field on the form and the other on a computed subform.
First off, this is potentially damaging, but is there some server ini value that can be set to prevent this? Anyone else have any thoughts? Unfortunately I have some developers on my team that don’t know my app very well and have recently found where they have added new fields when ones already exist with the same name on a subform. The Domino server should not allow this.
