Really need help. Having problems with domino directory:
Mail.nsf of a particular user was corrupted. What we did was we delete the user’s account using Delete Person under People & Groups, then we re-created the user with the same details(fname;lname;group;etc).
Now, two names of the user appear in the directory.
Is there a way to delete the other name so that only one name appears on the directory?

Just hit the delete button and F9 removes the entry but if you did it via the action button then AdminP should move the entry for you.
Of course I have to ask why you wanted to delete the whole account if you only had an issue with the mail file, could you not have fixed the mail file or created a new one?

We couldn’t fix the mail file so what we did was just re-create the whole account, even if it is not a very good idea.
