When sending out emails to multiple groups, if a user is a member of more then one group they get the email X amount of times depending on how many groups they are a member of.
Our clients are all using external mail clients such as POP3/IMAP (Netscape/Outlook). This does not happen when looking in the notes client itslef.
Has Lotus or anyone else figured out a solution for de-duping? Please let me know.
