Dear Team,
We have migrated few users on iNotes 9.0.1 when they are accessing through the internet browser(i.e version IE 8,9,10 and 11 etc) most of the time users when attach any attachment automatically duplicate attachment get attach when we see in sent item .can i know wht has to be done for the same
Subject: possible problem with inotes autosave
May be related to known conflict with inotes attachments and the new autosave feature, looking to be addressed in a future release
in the meantime maybe try turning off autosave via the following webserver notes.ini to see if that provides your users some relief
