DUCS 1.2.2 open message in Notes client .wav file appears rather than DUCS interface. The DUCS client has been installed and the mail template appears to be correct. When I go to views, I do see Voice Inbox folder. Have tried replace and refresh of the mail file design, when opening message just the .wav file appears no DUCS interface. Any ideas?

Don’t know if this will help any, but are the lines in the notes.ini?

Did contact IBM and they had me delete the user in Unity and readd. This worked.
