Do you have to run the DST 2007 update agents on custom group calendars that are only used to display meetings?
I ran the R&R agent against it and no documents seemed to be updated (it has no time zone fields…only mention of time zone is in the standard StartDateTime/EndDateTime fields).
The agent seems to add fields to your mail DB’s calendar docs which is why I ask…

It “should” work providing that you are using an R6 design as the base for your calendar view… Easy way to find out, is to check the doc properties of a meeting and see if the “StartTimeZone” and “EndTimeZone” fields are there. If they are not, it’s R5 design… and to be safe I’d tell the users to manually update their meetings. If you want to risk it, enable the ProcessR5 flag in the agent parameters and try it in report mode. You might have to make a special view to see the report documents though…

We ran the agent to update calendar entries in our custom calendar app and it did update a number of documents that fall into the time period. It worked for us (or at least I’ll find out next week for sure).
