All DST patched applied and domino server running fix pack 1.
If user sets the welcome page to customize and adds the clock applet it appears an hour behind.
OS settings are correct.
Any ideas?

Subject: DST problem-Applet Clock - Solution
You have to apply a Java update to the PCs. The Clock Applet uses Java. We had the same problem until we used the JTZU tool from IBM. The technote isn’t very obvious but this is what you need: IBM - United States
Subject: RE: DST problem-Applet Clock - Solution
Every clients? Are you sure?
One of our clients have a few thousand peoples running INotes.
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=463&uid=swg21254624
Step 3: Run IBM JTZU tool (or upgrade to Domino 7.0.2 FP1)
Running the JTZU tool (or upgrading to 7.0.2 FP1) is required to update the internal Java time zone tables, which are independent of the OS tables. It is a best practice to run JTZU on all Domino servers (excluding System i), since third-party tools or Notes applications may need these tables. The JTZU tool is not applicable for System i. i5/OS and OS/400 users should update their SDKs and JREs using PTFs. Refer to the System i Daylight Saving Time (DST) Information page for more information.
Notes:
The Domino server must be shut down while you make OS and Java changes. The OS should be restarted after applying the patches.
Applications created with Lotus-supplied templates (such as the Mail template, Discussion template, and Teamroom) do not depend on Java for DST information.
An update to the Java time zone tables is required for Sametime® servers and should be done with the JZTU tool (see technotes #1254671 and #1249964 for instructions).
For additional information on determining whether a custom Java application will be effected, refer to technote #1250136.

Subject: RE: DST problem-Applet Clock - Solution
This is a fix for the Notes client (not iNotes) and yes, it has to run on every PC that’s using the Clock Applet in the Welcome page.
Subject: RE: DST problem-Applet Clock - Solution
It is reasonable to assume that a clock applet running in the notes client would require an update in the form of running JTZU on that workstation or, if the environment is controled enough, runnning JTZU once and distributing that altered jar file to other workstations using the SAME version of Notes.

Hi J Brilla (And Benoit)
Can you verify this?
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=899&uid=swg21254813
How to tell if your system is updated and/or confirm that the update is working
Are you sure that your OS (Client), forms6/7 are correct?
Also, issue a Show Config DstLaw on your server console,
Good tool–

Subject: Confirmed here too!
Yep, same issue here… any one knows how to send that to Lotus’ offical bug report channel?
