I have searched the forums and seen a number of individuals posting about DST. We have upgraded all servers and desktop OS’s with the appropriate Microsoft patches. I have run IBM’s agent to fix Calendaring events and the Resource Reservation database. Everything is working well with one exception… Appointments. Any appointments that were created before the patches were applied appear correctly when you open the document but are displayed incorrectly in the Calendaring Views. I assume this is because a Display field has not been updated. If I save and close the document the display field is now correct.
Has anyone found a way to adjust Appointments to the correct display time without opening and saving them? I don’t want to tell end users that they have to manually fix all of their appointments.

One way to fix it would be to create an agent that runs on the types of documents you want to fix. Look at help and investigate the @Command([ToolsRefreshSelectedDocs]) command. If you want something a bit more sophisticated, you may have to delve into script.

Further investigation revealed that IBM’s agent has updated Appointment documents. The problems we encountered came from PDAs that had not been updated that were pushing appointments with incorrect DST settings into a user’s calendar.

Curious about which version of the agent and more details about what happened - I have used the agent to make appointments move correctly today again as a test.
The other quick item would be Repeat Reminders do have problems with agents prior to the 4.0.2.6 agent and onward.
