The agent found on the following page to correct the BusyTime display issue in the Rooms and Resource Database did not work for us without the following modifications.
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=899&uid=swg21256439
In the DetectAndCorrect portion of the agent, we had to comment out the following two lines (If strTime Zone <> “” Then ) and the subsequent End If.
strTimeZone = CheckTimeZone(note.GetItemValue("Timezone")(0), note)
’ If strTimeZone <> “” Then
If Not reportmode Then
totalProcessed = totalProcessed + 1
'Update the $Times1-7 items
For i = 1 To 7
ProcessAvailTime i, note, strTimezone
Next
'now update the Calendar profile, regardless as to whether or not the availability times are updated
Call note.ReplaceItemValue("Timezone", strTimeZone)
Call note.ReplaceItemValue("$TIMEZONEAgent", "1")
Call note.Save(True, False)
’ End If
numProcessed = numProcessed + 1
End If
Exit Sub
Prior to this change, the agent would run but would find no calendar profiles documents to update. We ran both the local agent and the server based agent. Once these changes were made, we ran the agent and the busy time issue was corrected.
We are running 7.0.2 in a Solaris environment. The Room and Resources Database is at the 7.0.2 template as well.
