Dropdown in Shared actions

Hi!

In Notes 5.x it was possible to create dropdown menus in views or form using shared actions. In N6 the name “Create New\Document” for an action only creates a button with the name Document, in N5 this creates a dropdown menu named Create New with the subbutton named Document.

Is this a bug or is it done another way in N6?

Also hi,It is another way to do it.

Use “create Action with Subaction”. In ND 6 you can now do more than just one level. I stopped at 25 or so levels. Neat feature to confuse users.

Hi there.

How do you create a Shared Action as a sub-action in a smart way?

I haven’t been able to find that out so now I first create a “create Action with Subaction” and then have to move the shared action into the “tree” and remove the initial one I created.

There must be a better way but I haven’t found it yet.
