Drop Leading Zero's

I have created a form called ‘Seq No Setup Form’ with a field name 'SeqNoSetup’type: Number - Editable - zero decimal places

I have created a view called LookupSeqNo

column style: Number - zero decimal places

** Problem with number, how do I stop it from dropping the leading zero’s.
