With the new beta release 8.5 M1 from May I can’t longer drag an attachment and drop it on the desktop.
Is this a known issue? In the old beta it was working.

From development:So the workaround for this issue is to close the search edit on toolbar and also collapse same time side bar if you open it, then the dragging attachment works.
This is caused by a bug in Apple code which we are working with them to address.

On the Mac beta client (including the “M1” build), selecting multiple attachments and dragging and dropping them only results in one attachment being copied, instead of all.
(A previous bug with d+d and exposé was however fixed in the M1 build)

I tried to do this and Notes crashed to such an extent that I couldn’t kill the process in Activity monitor and couldn’t restart my machine without doing a hard power down

My client doesn’t crash if I drag and drop to the desktop. I’m using the May Beta on XP and the OpenNTF 8.0.1 mail template.

Gary, Marcco and I are using the Mac OSZX client not Windows XP. Perhaps with the growing number of posts there should be a forum view by platform (as previous common forums have implemented).
