I have a user that could (until today) drag and drop e-mails to folders and drag and drop files into the body of an e-mailFor some reason or anther both of these have stopped working
She has :
Lotus Notes 7.0.2 (Yes I know they need to go to R8)
Windows XP
I have:
deleted cache.ndk
deleted bookmark.nsf
upgraded her to Manager access to the mail DB
Still no joy
Anyone have an idea as to how to fix this???

I don’t have a clear answer, but I’m using 7.0.2 as well and occcasionaly have that little problem as well.
Yet, it’s usually quickly fixed by doing some random stuff like changing the current folder ( Inbox → random folder → back to Inbox ), pressing F9, closing and re-openning my mailbox or even closing and re-openning Notes completly.
Yet, if the problem keeps up… I don’t know… have you triied playing with Windows resolution ?
I never really looked into that problem since none of our 5000+ users got(or reported) the problem so I just get over it… but Windows resolution seems like a decent thing to try.
Anyway, let us know if you find a way, I’m curious…
