I have tried to sync with my notes file, downloaded sync manager, it recognizes a subscription, but I get an error message, “unable to launch lotus download sync manager from C:\notes\data\Lotus inotes”. I cannot uninstall from start button, and it download sync manager does not show up in Add/Remove Programs from Control Panel. I am stuck in synchronization limbo! Old notes keep piling up in inotes!!
