I have this message during creation of a meeting :
Double Book
This entry conflicts winth an existing entry or your avability preferences. Create anaway ?
I believed that it was a meeting repetitive which caused the error but I removed all the entries of the diary. The diary is empty and the error is always present at each creation of a meeting. I made a view to make post all the documents and the base diary really seems to be empty. However when I plan a meeting the planner indicates to me that I have am to plan 24/24 and this for always. Can somebody help me?

It’s possible that your “availability” is not set up properly. To check, open your Inbox, click Tools->Preferences, then click on the Calendar tab, and then on the Scheduling sub-tab. The days and times selected below that make up your availability schedule. If you try to schedule any meeting outside of these times, the double book message will pop up.

I checked these options in the preferences and all is well configured. I created a diary of group to see the availabilities and its diary indicates to me that it is inalienable ad infinitum. When I try to see item who make it inalienable error message indicates to me that the document was destroyed. I removed (filed) all entered of his diary. I made a fast correction of the base, replaced comception and the problem is always present. I believe that it is on the level of the server that there is a problem.

I found a solution with my problem. I opened the BusyTime.nsf file on the server and I removed the entry corresponding to the resource and then I entered tell sched validate user_name on the console of Administrator Dominos. This process remakes the file of the availability in the BusyTime.nsf base. Once the supplemented whole all is become again normal.
