I have to Log-on twice before I can get my mail through domino web access. Could you please inform me how to get rid of the second attempt?

Hello,
Is it possible that the server where your mailfile resides is a different one from the one you use to authenticate? If so, it is possible to bypass the second authentication by using the sso feature. By using this function you will not have to enter your username/password again to get onto your mailserver. This will work as long as you are working in the same domino domain.
