When the Conversations is used:1) The icon about a new message is appeared but no new messages in the Inbox folder
Sometime pushing Refresh or F9 helps (BTW, is it possible to have this button in the left upper coner as it was before?)
Sometime nothing helps.
When I switch to the Individual Messages mode I can see the new messages in the Inbox. Switching back to Conversations mode causes to disapearing them again.
Some of my friends have the same issue.

Otherwise it won’t work. I fact I also experienced another wierd variant, where I upgraded a mail-file with the newest Notes 8 template, and still the conversations would’n show. No matter what I did of compact, fixup, updall etc, I couldn’t get it to work. I ended up creating a new mail file from scratch and recreate the existing mail items in the new database instead

HiI experience the same issues myself and the users I have upgraded to Notes 8.0.2.
Users recieve new mail but the inbox does not turn bold black. Doing F9 in the inbox usually makes Notes display the new mail.
Mails delivered directly to folders by mail rules have simular behaviour.
Also unread count seems “slugish”. Sometimes it seems to work perfect other times I can read a mail, and the folder containing the mail is still bold black. Pressing insert marks the mail read, and the folder behaves corretly.
