Domino & Word Integration

I am creating a web-based Domino application that needs to integrate Domino data with Microsoft Word documents and allow editing of the MS-Word documents via the web and storage of the documents within the Domino database.

What are my options? What 3rd party products are availanble? Are 3rd party products required? Does Microsoft supply an ActiveX control with these capabilities?

I can make the assumption that all of the users will have Microsoft Word installed on their PCs (if that make a difference).
