Here is a crispy problem that has me going nuts.

I have a domino server for mail, and recently tried to set up webmail using Lotus Domino Web Access .

So I have updated all the mail files to the require template , and set up a Webmail redirector using the supplied template.

Now here comes the interesting part :

After some time , users can’t login getting the message that they don’t have sufficient access to their mail file .

If i restart the http task , it works fine for some time, but the problem reappears.

I’ve tried multiple server and single server.

Also I have a user with manager access to is mail file that has the same problem.

In the logs , I see the right user authenticated and requesting the right database . Also no access reject in the domino log

I’m confused.

Hi Calin,

Please check in the ACL - Advanced - Maximum Internet name & Password - To be Editor Access instead of No Access.

Yes I’ve checked that and it is set to editor .

The problem with this error that it isn’t a static error .

I mean sometime webmail users can login an read their mail , but other times they are told that they don’t have sufficient access.
