Hello,

We are using mail7 templet ,some of our user access there email through web , but when they reply to a message with history or forward a message domino uses Rich Text Applet in the body of message,how can we change this default setting that domino should use plain text while replying to a message with history on web.

Change your template to the Domino Web template. There is options there tor set your format of your e-mail.
