Hi to all,I change the internet password in the person document of public address name, but when the person try to access through internet webmail the system do not recognize the new password.

Please, any suggestions ?

Subject: Things to check:

  1. person has a mail replica on the webmail server?2. have you replicated names.nsf from the server you made the change with home mail server and webmail server?

  2. sh nlcache reset and then dbache flush on the webmail server.

Then it should work.

Subject: Was solved updating…

Hi , the same day the issue was solved updating all db view pressing CTRL+SHIFT+F9 keys .After this the password was recognized.
