Not sure what is going on but I am unable to display mail files via DWA. I am seeing the login page, inputing the correct username/password but not seeing the mail file. If fact all I see is the login screen again…
I can see in the Domlog.nsf that it is trying to make a connection and looks like it is successful:
GET /mail/username.nsf HTTP/1.1
200 OK (Request fullfilled)
Can anyone help? As far as I am aware I have configured it correctly.
Initially I thought it might be a browser issue but have tried it on IE6 and IE7. I am using the correct mail template…
Thanks
Dave

hi,
if you dont allow cookies will you return to the login picture even your login is right. Have you checked that?

If you’ve got SSO enabled, make sure you’ve got the domain listed in the url, e.g http://server.domain.com/mailfile.nsf, and not just http://server/mailfile.nsf
SSO requires the domain to be part of the URL so it can work properly. Otherwise, you get sent back to the login page.

This is symptomatic of the user login you are using not having the correct ACL access to open the database.
Can you access any other database on the same server via a web browser? Also have you specified an Internet password on the person document for the user. If this is blank you won’t be able login. This is not set by default (unless the default has been changed!). This is the password that the web browser authenticates with. Assume you are not using SSL …
Check the advanced section of the mail file ACL to see if the maximum Internet access is set to ‘No Access’. This sets the maximum level of access ANY user can have to the database via a web browser.

It seems that I need to use the full servername! Thanks for the info…
