We are running 6.5.2 and have a number of mail files based on Domino Web Access (iNotes), We have imported the Notes ID into a number of mail files, but now we want to remove the id from a few of them, in the help it says to simple click on the Delete ID button, but there is not one, am I missing something, I am certain that the mail files are based on the latest version of Domino Web Access. Does anyone know where or how to delete an ID once it is imported into the mail file?

If you want the user to have the ability to delete or export an ID you have to enable in the server configuartion document.
You can do this by going to
server - configuration - domino web access - and ticking
“Allow user to delete their Notes ID from their mail database:”
which is below Mail Encryption
This may require a reboot or simply restarting the http service
