Having recently installed a Cisco VPN Concentrator 3000 series, we can no longer read our mail remotely. You can see your Inbox OK, but when trying to open a mail or create one we get an error message sayin “Sorry, we were unable to process your request at this time…” and so it goes on. All worked perfectly well on our old remote access solution (a checkpoint NGX secure remote firewall client)I’ve seen that others have experienced similar problems before but can’t see if there’s a solution. Anyone have any ideas?

I assume that your are connecting to the VPN via the Cisco VPN Client and then using IE to access DWA.
We have had this kind of setup for a while now and had no issues. You might want to have the VPN admin make sure all the routes are correct and that you’re not limiting bandwidth and the like.
