When the DWA GoOffline feature is selected, a subcription to the mail file is installed in Lotus DOmino Sync Manager.
The problem is that when a subscription is added, the Internet Explorer proxy is being used as the Domino Sync Manager Proxy for the subscription. This setting can be easily changed by clicking on the subscription, then selecting Options > Proxy Settings, and unticking the Use Proxy checkbox.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the first place? Maybe a variable in an INI file on the server (from where the Sync Manager gets downloaded)? I would like the Use Proxy setting to be always disabled by default…
