Hi, How to create a folder which can be accessed by all domino users. Domino users must be able to view, access, and read that folder but should not delete any contents from that folder. Only admin should have privilege to delete contents. Can anybody suggest me on this.

Subject: Not sure what you are trying to do
It sounds like you just need to configure the ACLs for databases in the directory to achieve the rights assignment you are looking for. I’m not sure exactly what you are trying to do, though.

i want one common folder where every notes users can move their spam mails. Only administrator should have permission to delete those spam mails from common folder.

You won’t be able to do that, but you could create a button that users can click that will move selected documents to a “spam” database that only administrators have access to.
