Domino set-up for web mail

Help…

Long story short I have a user that cannot access email because ID is not certified. The main admin is out of the office, and I do not have full admin rights. I need to set-up the server so they can get the email via the web. From what I have read I need to run “load http” from the console. Is this all that I need to do on the server end?

You also need to make sure the user has a password set. Check the “internet password” field in the person document in the public address book.

I have created the user password. I just want to be sure that running “Load Http” from the server console is the correct thing to do.
