Domino server with outlook client problem

We have lotus domino 8.0 with lotus notes 8.0/8.01 and outlook with pop3 as clients.Problem.

When outlook user sent email to another outlook user at let say 15 July 2008, and outlook received the email at 17 July 2008, in outlook received column it say 15 July 2008.

But when lotus notes user sent the email, in received column it will say 17 July 2008 not 15 July 2008.

It confusing the users.

Is there any solutions for that?

As you said, Notes and Domino. Domino can be used quite happily and never have a Notes client touch it.
