Hello, our domino server has been encountering unexpected shutdown since upgraded to 6.0.2CF2. The shutdown happened on every our Tue noonday in the first weeks, but from last Wed, it became irregularly and more frequently. From Windows event log, we had a eventID:7031, we asked for a MS hotfix and installed on the server last Friday, but unfortunately, the domino server shutdown again this Monday morning.
We are also aware of the NSD log, and I have been looking into this forum for a long time, until now, I decide to submit my problem for isolate help.
Who can help me with my problem? How can I send you my nsd log files for researching?

Our server has recently been shutting down as well. Our server shutdown Monday morning at 12:00AM. I do not see any events in the event viewer.

Hi Paula, you should contact Lotus Support, but in your log.nsf what is the last process running at time of shutdown?
Do you have any programs running, like Compact Fixup, MTC. It could be a corrupted email in one users mail file.
We had that happen to us at one time. It was one email that was corrupted and would bring the box down.

yes, I have called for Lotus support, the result some mail file crashed while archiving, I have checked all mail files, to make sure no one have archive enalbed. Yes, we do have a scheduled program, compact -s 10, and we do monthly maintenance which contains ncompact command, compacting all notes databases. We have been using this maintenance program since we use R5, anything needs to be changed after upgrade to R6?
