Hi, we are in the process of upgrading all our Domino servers from 6.5.x to 8.5 FP1. In our address book several servers are still showing as being on 6.5.x even though they were upgraded a couple of weeks ago. Others correctly show 8.5. I have tried running Tell Adminp process all on the servers concerned and on the administration server but that doesn’t make any difference. I can’t see any outstanding requests in the admin db either. Does anyone know how to force this update? We have over 100 servers and a deadline of the end of the month to complete the 8.5 upgrade so we really need to be able to see which have been done. Any help much appreciated, Anne
Subject: On the servers that have been upgraded…but aren’t reflected in their Server Record
Check the admin4.nsf on that server and see if the requests are being generated…
Then make sure admin4.nsf is replicating with the Administration Server of the Domino Directory where that request will be processed…

Many thanks for your response. I checked the admin db log and found that all the problem servers have been ticked off as having the following task completed successfully
Place Server’s Notes Build Number into Server Record
But the server docs have not been updated! Any ideas?

Is there any way to get the server to repeat the task of putting servers Notes build into the server record? The admin task says this has been done - the server is showing as 8.5 HF1 but in the server doc this has not been updated
