Domino Release and OS not in server doc in directory

Domino Release and Operating System do NOT show up in the directory for a couple of servers. If I click on the Domain Icon in the left side bar of Notes Admin, then go to OS or Release there are under ‘Unknown’. If I right click and get the server properties, the OS and Release is listed. How do I get that info into the directory with re-building the boxes from scratch?

Subject: Domino Version not showing in Directory

I am guessing that it is not showing because the admin4.nsf database is not replicating or is set not to replicate.
