I have done a setup of Domino 6.5 Clustering (both Notes Clustering & ICM) using two servers, one running on Suse Linux 8.0 & one running on Windows’2003. When I configure the load balancing parameters in the Domino Server running on the Linux Box, it doesn’t work. For example even if I set the Server_MAXUSERS parameter to a small number for testing, the server still accepts new connections.
Can anyone please help me on this.

Hello,
We have the same problem because the load balancing and failover features are not working the same as the ones on an OS. This is a kind of fake features. Lotus told us we can implement those features with the help of a Lotus Specialist who can configure the Domino Server depending on the hardware on which they are running.
What we did for 2 clustered user servers is to divide the number of users by 2, having one part as home mail server on Srv1 and the other part on Srv2–> fake load balancing.
Also, the Server_maxusers or maxsessions are not working as expected and the servers are accepting more users or sessions than defined.

Thanks a lot for the help, it works fine when i reconfigured the parameters, but it allows the admins to access the server.
I have another problem that I have posted today, please read that & help me if you have faced it.
