When i update a policy setting, say Desktop Settings, when will the user’s client will refresh the policy settings?
Can i manually trigger the refresh from the server or from the client?

By default it runs each 6 hours to sync.
If you want, you can also restart the client or you could even delete the documents in the view $Policies in the local names.nsf so the client will download them again when it starts.
